Kescas Return Policy

Thank you for choosing kescas!

We provide you with a 100-day full refund policy. Because many kescas customers say that it takes a while for their body to adapt to the mattress, we strongly recommend that you give it a chance. If you still feel that it is not suitable for you, you can return the product for free within 100 days after accepting the product to refund your money. If you want to return any product, please contact our customer support that would gladly assist you to help smoothen the exchange/return process. 
Our sleep specialists are working 'round the clock to ensure you will have the highest quality rest we could offer.
All of the Kescas mattresses come with 10-years warranty. Besides, we'll responsible for all manufacturing defects: sagging, dips, waves, bumps, and decompression issues. Please don't hesitate to contact us if there is any question.

The return process 

1. Check your product

Contact our Customer Service via email to request a return or refund.

2. Prepare the proof of purchase and the reason of return

After the order and product confirmation, we will arrange express delivery to pick up.

3. Return and take your money back

We’ll process a full refund once we receive them back at our facility. Refunds will be credited back to your account within 1-3 days, depending on the bank and credit card organization. But you have not received a refund, please contact us at support@kescas.com.
