For 10 years after you purchase your new mattress , when it has a defect covered under the warranty, we will replace or repair it. KESCAS Limited Warranty and Responsibilities.This limited warranty only applies to new products purchased from the Kescas official website and is valid from the original purchase date of the original product purchased. For the purposes of this limited warranty, the "original purchaser" refers to an individual or entity who purchases the product directly from the Kescas authorized website and intends to use the product for personal consumer use instead of commercial or industrial use and does not intend to resell the product. Individuals or entities who purchase products from any source and intend to resell the products are unauthorized distributors.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to floor models or “demos” (except as specifically provided herein) or to products sold by unauthorized resellers, including without limitation, unauthorized resellers on third party websites. Unauthorized resellers are not “original purchasers” for the purpose of this Limited Warranty. If purchaser is not the original purchaser of this product, purchaser takes the product “AS IS,” “with all faults” and without warranty.
Authorized resellers are: Amazon, Woot.
Kescas mattresses are designed to work on a firm, solid-surface base that is structurally capable of supporting the weight of purchaser’s Kescas mattress and user(s). This Limited Warranty and other performance warranties are based on tests conducted on “sets” that consist of our mattresses and our foundations/adjustable bed bases. THEREFORE, IF PURCHASER USES INAPPROPRIATE FOUNDATIONS, BOX SPRINGS, ADJUSTABLE BED BASES, OR BED FRAMES WITH THE MATTRESS, SUCH USE WILL VOID THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
This Limited Warranty covers the following items during normal wear:
Deterioration causing the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than three- fourths (0.75) of an inch that is not associated with an indentation or sag which results from use of an improper or unsupportive foundation or adjustable bed base. Normal wear requires that a purchaser’s mattress be continuously supported by a matching foundation or adjustable bed base with a proper bed frame sufficient to support the collective weight of the mattress and foundation.
It is incumbent upon purchaser to ensure that the frame utilized offers ample structural support for the mattress and foundation in view of that particular slatted style frame. Failure to have a proper bed frame may invalidate the limited warranty. The use of a bed frame is important for the life and protection of your sleep system. Neither mattresses, individually, nor sleep systems (mattress and foundation combination) are intended to sit/lay flat on the floor or on a waterbed frame or platform of untreated wood or untreated wood covered with fabric.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
1.A normal increase in softness of the pressure-relieving material which does not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the mattress.
2.Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains. However if there is a warranty defect not caused by the abuse or damage then the mattress would be 3.covered under the standard warranty.
4.Damage associated with an improper bed frame, foundation.
5.Replacement of the accompanying piece in the Kescas sleep system where only one piece is defective, unless that accompanying piece is also defective.
6.Product sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers.
7.Product sold “as-is”, “preconditioned”, “reconditioned”, “used”, “comfort return”, “returned”, “previously owned”, or any other similar wording indicating that the product is not “new” or of “first quality”, or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer.

A.Who is covered by this Limited Warranty?
This limited warranty extends to the original purchaser and current owner of any Kescas sofa. All Kescas sofa limited warranties are not transferable. All Kescas sofa warranties, including any implied warranties, are valid only for the period of time the Kescas sofa is owned by the original purchaser and current owner . The “original purchaser,” for purposes of this warranty, is the first purchaser of the Kescas sofa . RETAIN A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE.
B.What is covered under the Limited Warranty?
The Warranty is limited to material defects caused by Kescas sofa’s use of defective materials or workmanship. Specifically, this Warranty applies to the following Defects, assuming the Defects arise or appear in circumstances in which you have been using the Kescas sofa only for its intended purpose and have not subjected it to other than normal wear and proper handling:
(a) Any physical flaw in the Kescas sofa that causes the foam material to split or crack
(b) Any manufacturing defect in the zipper assembly of the cover
(c) Any manufacturing defect to the cover
C.What is not covered under the Limited Warranty?
(a) Kescas sofa's used in hotels, motels, institutional facilities, or any other commercial-type setting
(b) Normal wear and tear
(c) Damage caused by misuse or mishandling;
(d) Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains, dampness or mold; provided, that the defect is caused by such abuse or damage;
(e) Use of the Kescas sofa in any unsanitary condition (due to blood or bodily fluid stains or soiling, infestation, or other abuse);
(f) Physically abusing the product
(g) Improper storage of the Kescas sofa (e.g. storage in damp locations, areas infested with pests or rodents, or any other unprotected storage areas)
(h) The use of harsh cleaning fluids such as bleach or solvents. (Only use mild detergents to clean your Kescas sofa)
D.How do I File a Warranty Claim?
To make a claim under this Warranty, you must contact our Customer Service department at support@Kescas.com and you may be asked to undertake certain steps to troubleshoot the product or part for which a claim is being made.
Kescas Inc will pick up your sofa and repair or replace, at sofa’s discretion,If it is found that your Kescas sofa did not qualify under any warranty contained herein, you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with shipping replaced or repaired Kescas sofa.
