How do I return a mattress that’s decompressed?

Since our mattresses will expand extensively after opening, it can be a bit tricky to send back to us. If you purchased your mattress through Kescas.com, continue reading for our return policy.

If you bought your mattress through another channel, please return it through that same channel.

If you purchased your mattress from Kescas.com, our return policy offers two options for you. First, if you can find a box big enough and a carrier that accepts large shipments, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label and you can send your mattress back for a full refund.

Second, if you don’t want to go through the hassle of finding a box and a carrier, another option is to find a charity in your area that accepts mattress donations. Donate the mattress under the name “Kescas,” then simply send us a picture of your receipt from the charity, and we will process a full refund for you.

How long does it take for me to receive my refund?

This largely depends on how you paid.

If you paid with credit card you should see funds back in your account within 3 to 5 business days.

If you paid using PayPal, you should be able to see the status of the refund in your PayPal account once it has been issued.
