The mattress can be spot cleaned with mild detergent and a damp cloth. Do not remove the cover. Dab away excess moisture with a dry cloth and allow time to air dry at room temperature away from heat or light.

Kescas mattresses are rolled and compressed to make shipping and set up easy. Once the pack age is removed, it takes up to 48 hours for the mattress to fully expand. If your mattress is fully decompressed after 24 hours, it will not harm the mattress to sleep on it.

Since our mattresses will expand extensively after opening, it can be a bit tricky to send back to us. If you purchased your mattress through Kescas.com, continue reading for our return policy.

If you bought your mattress through another channel, please return it through that same channel.

If you purchased your mattress from Kescas.com, our return policy offers two options for you. First, if you can find a box big enough and a carrier that accepts large shipments, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label and you can send your mattress back for a full refund.

Second, if you don’t want to go through the hassle of finding a box and a carrier, another option is to find a charity in your area that accepts mattress donations. Donate the mattress under the name “Kescas,” then simply send us a picture of your receipt from the charity, and we will process a full refund for you.

This largely depends on how you paid.

If you paid with credit card you should see funds back in your account within 3 to 5 business days.

If you paid using PayPal, you should be able to see the status of the refund in your PayPal account once it has been issued.

Our sofas are made of polyester-linen fabric and leather. The best option for cleaning is to use a mild detergent and damp cloth.

All expertly packed of course! We make sure to pack all parts of the sofa into the frame so when you've opened your sofa and think something is missing, go ahead and turn it over to find more components under the seats.
