At Kescas, we are proud to offer 24 hour order processing (excluding weekends and holidays). All items purchased include FREE standard shipping to all US destinations within 3 to 7 business days.
Kescas ships with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS for our deliveries.
Orders are processed within 24 hours and are shipped out as soon as possible.
Free standard shipping is included on all orders and are guaranteed to arrive within 2 to 7 business days. Military APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes may require additional time for delivery. Packages over 4 lbs are not deliverable
Free shipping is offered for the contiguous United States. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico. Kescas.com doesn't ship internationally, but our products are available in Europe and Japan.
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Kescas as an undeliverable package. In the event that this occurs, please contact us at email@example.com to make arrangements for reshipment.
We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, you should notify our customer service to cancel orders before 02:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds & Replacement
Kescas stands behind the quality of every product sold and delivered by our team, hoping that each and every customer expectation is met and exceeded. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase experience within 30 days, we are happy to help with a replacement or refund.

Returns for Refund
All returns for refund must be authorized by Kescas within 30 days of delivery with a valid RMA Number.
There is no restocking fee for returning an item.
We will refund you for any returned items in the say method you paid for the items. Typical turnaround time is 3 to 5 business days.
A return label will be emailed to you for returning the item.
Returns for Replacement
We are happy to offer an exchange for you if the product that you received is defective or if you received an incorrect order. But return shipping fees will not include if customers want to return by their personal reason.
All returns for replacement must be authorized by Kescas within 30 days of delivery with a valid RMA Number.
We will provide a return shipping label within 30 days of delivery.
After the 30 day period, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. After return approval, return the item with the following return address format:
RMA No.: xxxxxx
Each order being returned must have a valid return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Only one RMA number will be issued per order, if two or more products being returned are on different orders, each order needs a separate RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
RMA numbers may also be obtained by contacting Kescas Support within the return period for products. The RMA number will be valid for 15 days after issue.
Any item that is returned to Kescas must be in its original packaging and include any accessories included with the item (Cords, chargers, manuals, etc.). The product must be able to be completely repackaged with the original packaging.
In the return package, include the merchandise, along with a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.
On the outside of the package, secure the return label, verify all the contents are included in the return package, and seal the package.
